We weren’t sure if we were ever getting out of Virginia loaded! First the lift couldn’t make it up the hill without being assisted by the tractor. Then it was the forever wait on a Virginia permit. Tight squeezes before we could get onto main roads, and the Virginia night move. Once we crossed the state border, the rest of the trip was a breeze!
